I have a strong passion for photography and love to do it in my spare time. I've worked for a couple photography studios and have picked up some techniques along the way. I have yet to own a Cannon of any kind but make do with my "point and shoot".

The people who know me call me "Picture Girl" and say things like "don't worry Laura's here she'll take plenty of pictures" because it's true. I have my camera with me at all times so I can catch pictures of some of the best and most amazing moments in life. When I'm around there's no shortage of pictures to go around.

Before and After:
I fixed the colors in the first picture because the colors in the sky weren't popping enough and her face was too dark. In the second picture I googled an old photograph to show I can fix any damage that may come the older photos.

Photo Manipulation:
In the first picture I photo manipulated my friend Stephany and myself meeting ourselves. In the second one I once again took a picture of my friend Stephany and myself and photo manipulated it so our faces showed through as the bottle label.

People/Animals:
I love to take pictures of my friends and family whenever I can. These are just a few shots of them all doing different things.

Outdoor/Indoor:
I like to do a lot of outdoor stuff and go to older buildings and take pictures. My pictures range from places in the New York harbor, to beaches in Puerto Rico to random places in Nebraska.

Faceless:
I like to mix it up and take pictures of people doing things but without a shot of their face. I like to do this because when a picture is taken most people will focus on the face or the eyes because as humans that's what we tend to focus on. I like to make people look more at what the person is doing not what their expression is or how their hair may look that day. I want it to have a story. These are some of mine.
